Perfeccionamiento laboral del departamento de cuadros de la Facultad de Tecnología de la Salud.

En este trabajo se presenta el diagnóstico realizado en el Departamento de Cuadros de la Facultad de Tecnología de la Salud para perfeccionar el sistema trabajo del mismo con los cuadros y de esta forma elevar su desempeño profesional. Para poder realizar la estrategia de transformación se realizó un estudio descriptivo de corte transversal en relación con la situación actual del Departamento, siendo exploradas las diferentes áreas claves. Se aplicó una investigación cualitativa y se utilizaron como técnicas y procedimientos la revisión documental, lluvia de ideas para identificar los problemas, matriz de ranqueo, aplicación de la matriz DAFO, elaboración de la misión y la visión del Departamento, determinación de las áreas de resultados claves y construcción de los escenarios e identificación de los problemas. Las estrategias propuestas para el fortalecimiento del sistema de dirección de los cuadros de la Facultad de Tecnología de La Salud permitirán elevar su desempeño profesional.

Abstract
In this work the diagnosis is presented carried out in the Department of Squares of the Ability of Technology of the Health to perfect the system work of the same one with the squares and this way to elevate its professional acting. To be able to carry out the transformation strategy he/she was carried out a descriptive study of traverse court in connection with the current situation of the Department, being explored the different key areas. A qualitative investigation was applied and they were used as technical and procedures the documental revision, rain of ideas to identify the problems, ranqueo womb, application of the main DAFO, elaboration of the mission and the vision of the Department, determination of the areas of key results and construction of the scenarios and identification of the problems. The strategies proposed for the invigoration of the system of address of the squares of the Ability of Technology of the Health will allow elevating their professional acting.
