Medicalización de la bioética en el contexto actual.

Resumen

Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica, a partir de fuentes digitales y literatura impresa nacional e internacional, relacionada con la  ética y la bioética, con el propósito de caracterizar la medicalización de la bioética. La Ética hay debe interpretarse desde dos aristas: el ser, que es el hombre, unido a su autorregulación moral y el deber ser, que es la sociedad, con sus regulaciones morales. Esta ética ha estado influida por el desarrollo tecno-científico y es lo que ha dado lugar a la ética aplicada: ética de la ciencia, de la técnica y ambiental, las que responden a grupos sociales determinados. La ética tradicional necesitó a la bioética, porque no podía dar respuestas a los cambios que produjo la revolución científico-técnica.  La Bioética Sustentable de Van R. Potter, tiene vigencia y actualidad necesaria para la supervivencia humana, de la naturaleza y del planeta, pero se necesita la práctica biopolítica. Los principios éticos son esenciales en la práctica médica, pero resulta difícil que sean complementarios entre sí. A pesar de todo lo que se ha hecho y se está haciendo en nuestro país, por lograr una óptima calidad en la relación médico-paciente; aún nos queda mucho por hacer para alcanzar la excelencia" en la atención médica. El gran dilema del mundo es sustituir la lógica del mercado por los derechos humanos.

ABSTRACT. 

He/she was carried out a bibliographical revision, starting from digital sources and national and international printed literature, related with the ethics and the bioethical, with the purpose of characterizing the medicalization of the bioethical. The Ethics is it should be interpreted from two edges: the being that is the man, together to their moral self-regulation and the duty to be that is the society, with their moral regulations. This ethics has been influenced by the techno-scientific development and it is what has given place to the applied ethics: ethics of the science, of the technique and environmental, those that respond to certain social groups. The traditional ethics needed to the bioethical, because he/she could not give answers to the changes that it produced the revolution scientific-technique.  The Sustainable Bioethical of Van R. Potter, has validity and necessary present time for the human survival, of the nature and of the planet, but the practical biopolítica is needed. The ethical principles are essential in the medical practice, but it is difficult that are complementary to each other. In spite of everything what has been made and he/she is making in our country, to achieve a good quality in the doctor-patient relationship; we still have left a lot to make to reach the excellence" in the medical care. The great dilemma of the world is to substitute the logic of the market for the human rights.
