Experiencias de la cátedra de gestión del conocimiento soportado en las Tecnologías de la Informática y las Comunicaciones en la Facultad de Tecnología de la Salud

Introducción: la conexión eficiente entre la ciencia y la academia no se establece de forma automática; se complejiza al tratar de lograr este fin con el uso de las Tecnologías de la Informática y las Comunicaciones, que son de amplia utilización por los educandos para fines de ocio, recreación, y no para aprender. Objetivo: describir las experiencias obtenidas en el trabajo de la Cátedra de Gestión del Conocimiento soportado en las Tecnologías de la Informática y las Comunicaciones en la Facultad de Tecnología de la Salud. Desarrollo: el artículo refiere detalles sobre la implementación de un modelo de gestión del conocimiento soportado en el uso de las Tecnologías de la Informática y las Comunicaciones, que es gestionado a través de una cátedra multidisciplinaria creada al efecto, compuesta por especialistas y estudiantes de cada área, que tramita sus decisiones y arreglos a través de un portal del conocimiento con los servicios de internet necesarios y herramientas de la web 2.0. Conclusiones: se describe la fundamentación de la cátedra y como se ha comprobado la efectividad de su funcionamiento en el proceso docente-educativo.
