El estrés constituye un factor de riesgo ineludible para las futuras generaciones de trabajadores de la educación y que los efectos del mismo pueden influir de manera directa o indirecta en el Proceso de Enseñanza Aprendizaje que tiene lugar en un medio educativo planificado y dirigido hacia determinado contexto, entonces, los que se dedican a la formación están llamados a desarrollar los modos de afrontamiento ante el estrés, para perfeccionar la labor que cada día realizan con los escolares. Los modos de actuación que utilizan los maestros para enfrentar el estrés en la actividad laboral resultan insuficientes para responder a las complejas demandas de la labor que desarrollan, las indagaciones realizadas evidencian que no existe un amplio conocimiento en torno a las concepciones teóricas sobre el tema en la esfera educacional, no hay sistematicidad en su estudio, constatándose carencias en las diferentes dimensiones analizadas en este trabajo.

Abstract
The stress constitutes a factor of unavoidable risk for the future generations of workers of the education and that the effects of the same one can influence of direct way or insinuation in the Process of Teaching Learning that takes place in a half educational one planned and directed toward certain context, then, those that are devoted to the formation are called to develop the confrontation ways before the stress, to perfect the work that every day carries out with the scholars. The performance ways that the teachers use to face the stress in the labor activity are insufficient to respond to the complex demands of the work that develop, the carried out inquiries they evidence that a wide knowledge doesn't exist around the theoretical conceptions on the topic in the educational sphere, there is not systematized in its study, being verified lacks in the different dimensions analyzed in this work.
