Abstract

II Simposio Internacional Sobre Tecnologías y Servicios Farmacéuticos

La formación de competencias profesionales es una opción para estrechar aún más las relaciones escuela – unidad asistencial y poder obtener los resultados que se esperan en el desempeño profesional.

El trabajo que se presenta tiene como objetivo la evaluación  de la competencia de atención farmacéutica en la carrera de licenciatura en Tecnología de la Salud en Servicios farmacéuticos. Se procedió a realizar un estudio acerca de los elementos que caracterizan y distinguen a esta competencia, se precisaron  las acciones para implementar la metodología  en la  Filial de Ciencias Médicas de Guantánamo. La misma tuvo un momento valorativo por los profesionales que llevan a cabo la formación en esta carrera obteniéndose resultados favorables en aceptación de la metodología y su aplicación en los escenarios laborales.
