Colpoplastia transobturador en prolapsos de los órganos pélvicos.

Abstract

Se presenta una investigación prospectiva aplicada sobre la corrección de los POP con malla de polipropileno monofilamento, por técnica libre de tensión transvaginal transobturador. El objetivo del presente estudio fue validar la técnica propuesta por los autores en la corrección de las entidades que tienen como causa una disfunción del diafragma perineal. Entre noviembre 2005 y enero 2009.   Se realizó un modelo de cirugía tricompartimental a pacientes con POP, la muestra estuvo constituida por 35 pacientes todos atendidos en el servicio de Cirugía General del Hospital General Docente "Dr. Carlos J. Finlay".  La evaluación del piso pélvico se realizó en consulta externa donde se aplicaron los criterios de selección a la muestra, el análisis estadístico se realizó con el programa SPSS para Windows. El grupo de edad más afectado estuvo entre los 50 y los 60 años, predominaron las pacientes multíparas. El prolapso uterino y el cistocele resultaron ser las afecciones de mayor presentación (60%).Las complicación más frecuente fue la sepsis urinaria y en ningún caso se presentó el rechazo al material protésico utilizado ni recidivas. Se concluye demostrando las ventajas de la técnica en la reparación de los POP.

Abstract

A prospective investigation is presented applied on the correction of the POP one with mesh of polypropylene monofilament, for technique free of tension transvaginal transobturador. The objective of the present study was to validate the technique proposed by the authors in the correction of the entities that you/they have like cause a dysfunction of the diaphragm perineal. Among November 2005 and January 2009 a model of surgery tricompartimental was carried out to patient with POP, the sample was constituted by 35 patients all assisted in the service of General Surgery of the Educational General Hospital "Dr. Carlos J. Finlay". The evaluation of the pelvic floor was carried out in external consultation where the selection approaches were applied to the sample, the statistical analysis was carried out with the program SPSS for Windows. The affected age group was between the 50 and the 60 years, the patient multíparas prevailed. The uterine prolapse and the cistocele turned out to be the affections of more presentation (60%). The most frequent complication was the sepsis urinaria and in any case the rejection was presented to the material used protésico neither relapses. You concludes demonstrating the advantages of the technique in the repair of the POP one.
