La habilidad ¨Saber Escuchar¨ debe ser rescatada para que ocupe su lugar en nuestras aulas. El Proceso de Enseñanza y Aprendizaje juega un papel primordial en el desarrollo de esta habilidad. Se revisaron para este estudio investigaciones de profesionales de la salud, entre ellos, (médicos, estomatólogos, licenciados en enfermería, y técnicos en vigilancia y lucha antivectorial tratando el tema tan importante como el de comunicarse con sus pacientes, con la comunidad, con dos objetivos fundamentalmente de prevenir y curar las enfermedades. Se tomó como muestra un grupo de 20 estudiantes de 1er año y un grupo de 20 estudiantes de 4to año, y 10 profesores, 5 que imparten contenido teórico y 5 que se desenvuelven en la actividad práctica. Caracterizar cómo se manifiesta la habilidad de ¨Saber Escuchar¨ en los profesores y estudiantes de 1ero y 4to año en la carrera de Licenciatura en Tecnología de la Salud, perfil Laboratorio Clínico de la Facultad General ¨Calixto García¨ es el objetivo que nos trazamos .Se aplicaron distintos instrumentos: Observación, Cuestionario y Autoevaluación, los resultados arrojaron grandes dificultades de forma general en el dominio de la habilidad ¨Saber Escuchar¨, asociado a una pobre atención brindada por el Proceso de Enseñanza Aprendizaje.
ABSTRACT
¨Know how to listen¨ ability must be recover in order to take its place in our classrooms. Learning – teaching process plays an essential role in the develop of this ability. Some investigations provided by doctors, nurses, anti – vector surveillance technicians were analyzed. It processes the very important comm. subject with their patients and also the community by following prevents and cures two basic goals. A group sample of 20 students belonging to 1st grade, 20 students of 4th grade, and 10 teachers as well (5 teach theoretical and 5 practical classes) was took. The object we formulated consisted of characterizing how the ¨know how ….¨ ability is reucaled in teachers and students belonging to 1st and 4th grades in Health Technology Career with Clinical Lab profil in the General Faculty ¨Calixto Garcia¨. Different instruments like Observation, Questionnaires, Self – euamation were applied. The results showed great difficulties in general regarding the knowledge ¨Know to listen…¨ related to a poor attention offered by the learning – teaching process.
