Quality of information about differentiated services to key populations using DataSoft tool

Introduction: Information management for monitoring and evaluation of the Global Fund Project Support for the implementation of differentiated services to key population groups in high HIV prevalence settings is carried out using the DataSoft computer tool. Developed to manage information from HSH and TRANS network service providers; its use was promoted for capturing, processing, analyzing and presenting information from the Primary Health Care provider. Objective: Characterize the quality of management of statistical information for key populations with the DataSoft tool. Material and method: Descriptive cross-sectional study. Universe made up of statistical personnel dedicated to capturing information from the System for Attention to Key Populations and shows the 16 dedicated to it at the provincial level. Results: 75% learned about the existence of the Software from their immediate superior. Another 75% received personal training; 56.3% have been working with the tool for two years; 68.8% reported rarely making errors and 56.3% reported difficulty in use. The integrity attribute is rated as regular (93.8%) and efficient (81.3%). Conclusions: Most of them learned about the Software from their immediate superior, they received personal training for its use, they have been working for two years and they stated that their job is difficult. The efficiency attribute was mostly appreciated as having good quality and regular integrity.
