Abstract

RESUMEN

Se realizó una investigación con el objetivo de diseñar una Estrategia Curricular para fortalecer la Educación Ambiental en el proceso formativo de las Carreras de Tecnología de la Salud. Como situación problemática se detectó que las carreras no han desarrollado el eje transversal para la Educación Ambiental formulándose el siguiente problema científico: ¿Cómo fortalecer la Educación Ambiental en el proceso formativo de las Carreras de Tecnología de la Salud? Se utilizaron métodos teóricos, empíricos y matemáticos estadísticos que permitieron caracterizar los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos esenciales de la Educación Ambiental, diagnosticar el estado de la misma en el proceso formativo y confeccionar la Estrategia Curricular con acciones flexibles, adaptables, según las particularidades y necesidades de cada carrera dirigidas a la adquisición de conocimientos, desarrollo de capacidades y formación de valores que favorezcan un comportamiento profesional y social coherente con el desarrollo sostenible. Se realizó valoración sobre la aplicabilidad de la propuesta mediante consulta a especialistas demostrándose la correspondencia entre el diseño de la estrategia y el objetivo que se propone la misma.
