Abstract

Los reactivos utilizados en el laboratorio de Inmunohematología, pueden agruparse en cuatro grupos básicos: células rojas reactivas, antisueros, potenciadores y suero de Antiglobulina Humana (AGH). De este último se evaluó, según recomendaciones internacionales, la calidad inmunológica de un lote producido a partir de una población de carneros inmunizados en el Banco de Sangre Provincial de Cienfuegos. Las características organolépticas exploradas, potencia anti D y anti Fya+b+, actividad anti C3d y especificidad resultaron satisfactorias. Se concluyó que el suero AGH evaluado posee niveles de efectividad y seguridad según lo establecido nacional e internacionalmente. Se recomienda mantener la producción local de este diagnosticador, como fortaleza para la investigación e introducción de nuevos productos.
