Formación del valor responsabilidad y humanismo, un imperativo para el trabajador de la salud mental

RESUMEN
La formación de valores morales específicamente la responsabilidad y el humanismo, constituyen una necesidad para garantizar una atención de calidad al enfermo mental de larga evolución; sin embargo, diversos factores objetivos y subjetivos son proclives a verse dañados, con repercusión negativa en este grupo poblacional; objeto de marginación y exclusión social en múltiples ocasiones.
Se realiza una fundamentación teórica encaminada a destacar la importancia de la formación de valores en los trabajadores vinculados a la salud, se definió el concepto de valor y su relación con las formas de la conciencia social. Se identificó el valor responsabilidad y humanismo como indispensable para el futuro desempeño del trabajador vinculado a la atención del enfermo mental de larga evolución, en correspondencia con lo normado en los códigos éticos y principios bioéticos que rigen nuestra actividad profesional.

ABSTRACT
The formation of moral values specifically the responsibility and the humanism, they constitute a necessity to guarantee an attention of quality to the mental sick person of long evolution; however, diverse objective and subjective factors are inclined to it turns damaged, with negative repercussion in this human group; margination object and social exclusion in multiple occasions.
He/she is carried out a theoretical foundation guided to highlight the importance of the formation of values in the workers linked to the health, he/she was defined the concept of value and their relationship with the forms of the social conscience. It was identified the value responsibility and humanism like indispensable for the worker's future acting linked to the mental sick person's of long evolution attention, in correspondence with the regulated in the ethical codes and bioethical principles that govern our assistance activity.
