Abstract

En Cuba, la Resolución Ministerial 132 de 2004, constituye el documento principal que regula la educación de postgrado. Esta resolución determina, en su Disposición Final Primera, que la Dirección de Educación de Postgrado del Ministerio de Educación Superior establece normas, procedimientos y regulaciones para la planificación, desarrollo y control de lo que en ella se dispone.
