Abstract

La continuidad de las agresiones contra Cuba en la era de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones (NTIC), identifica algunos de los proyectos que fundamentan la actual estrategia de Seguridad Nacional del gobierno de Estados Unidos y demuestra cómo desde  tiempo de paz, para el logro de sus objetivos políticos y militares desarrollan acciones de guerra psicológicas. En la década del 1970 el departamento de defensa estadounidense pretendió obtener una red de comunicación segura, abriendo la era del Internet, que ha revolucionado el mundo moderno, utilizando páginas especializadas con los buscadores y abriendo enormes potencialidades a la guerra psicológica. Cuba se antepone a estas agresiones mediante el  conocimiento  profundo del enemigo, para preservar nuestros valores y las  conquistas obtenidas por la revolución y asegurar la defensa y seguridad nacional.
