La podología en las tecnologías de salud
Abstract
La Podología en Cuba con los servicios de Quiropodología, Ortopodología y Cirugía Podológica, se identifican, como el saber, saber hacer y saber ser. Su objeto de estudio está en función de la promoción, prevención, contribución al diagnóstico, tratamiento y rehabilitación de las afecciones, deformidades o desequilibrios de los miembros inferiores, con un enfoque inter y multidisciplinario expresado por la ejecución de procederes tecnológicos con el manejo de las tecnologías biomédicas sin rebasar la cirugía menor.
