La necesidad de alternativas para el tratamiento hemorroidal en los pacientes que acuden a la consulta externa de Coloproctologìa del HCDQ” Joaquín Albarrán”, sirvió de motivación para la realización de un estudio con dos fitofármacos, Aloe vera y Caléndula officinalis, los cuales se utilizaron en una formulación administrada por vía tópica, con el objetivo de aliviar los síntomas y signos asociados al trastorno hemorroidal agudo no complicado, así mismo servir de referencia como una forma más de tratamiento para esta patología, que en ocasiones declina hacia intervenciones quirúrgica.

The necessity of alternatives for the hemorrhoid treatment in the patients that go to the external consultation of Coloproctologìa of HCDQ" Joaquin Albarràn", served as motivation for the realization of a study with two natural product, Aloe will see and Calendula officinalis, which were used in a formulation administered for via topical, with the objective of not alleviating the symptoms and signs associated to the hemorrhoid sharp dysfunction complicated, likewise to serve in reference like a way more than treatment for this pathology that declines toward surgical interventions in occasions.
