ABSTRACT
The Pattern Electroretinogram ( pERG ) is the retinal answer's measurement central retina from a structured stimulus, generally a damero of constant luminance that mixes in black and white. Besides permit electrophysiology differentiation among maculophatíes and neuropathies and make easy the visual evoked potentials interpretation. We have selected a sample initial of 16 healthy individuals In our investigation to accomplish study to him and to obtain the comparison patterns of the registered components in the exam in order to correct clinical values obtaining that they may obtain a diagnosis. Use the visual- electrophysiology team of her Roland Consult in the laboratory of Cuban Ophthalmology Institute. Before study, all patients was studies to discard the masked- pathologies presence, besides the consent once the patient was given information about proceeded itself softly. Not differences among sexes, N35's and N95's latencies was a most variables, and P50 was stable always
