Regularidades de los procesos de profesionalización pedagógica como alternativas de la educación posgraduada en la Educación Médica.

El presente artículo tiene como propósito aportar algunos criterios para la reflexión en torno a estos procesos de profesionalización como alternativas de la educación posgraduada. La formación pedagógica del profesor es una condición necesaria para el ejercicio de sus funciones de ahí que tanto el estudio de las regularidades de los procesos de profesionalización pedagógica en el contexto de la Educación Médica como el perfeccionamiento de los mismos, constituyan una prioridad que debe tomar en consideración el desarrollo de una concepción formativa, en un accionar que jerarquice el mejoramiento profesional.
