Abstract

Se trata del abordaje con el empleo del método histórico – lógico de la evolución del proceso de formación de los técnicos de la salud en la República de Angola. Se expone en este trabajo la dinámica para concretar y expandir la política de formación de cuadros de la salud. A si mismo se refiere a la preocupación por los planes de estudio de los cursos brindados por estas escuelas, la concepción de la formación de los docentes que se desempeñan en la formación técnico - profesional de la salud, al perfil de los técnicos de la Salud. Dentro de los principales resultados se valora que el currículo de formación profesional y de superación para el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional y humano merece un profundo análisis y se recomienda continuar los procesos de investigaciones en aras de dar solución a lo detectado.
