Natural and Traditional Medicine is a medical and holistic specialty that has two strategies accepted by the World Health Organization, among the member states. The novelty of this case is the hybrid use of Acupuncture and Homeopathy in Peripheral Facial Paralysis. The former is an invasive technique that depresses the excited nerves and stimulates the inhibited ones. The mechanism of action of the latter is based on eight principles. The case of a 68-year-old male patient is presented, with deviation of the labial commissure and diagnosis of Facial Paralysis treated with the mixture of these two modalities. The results were favorable, the facial muscles returned to normal. The present study concludes with a sample of the effectiveness of these modalities of Natural and Traditional Medicine in this pathology.
