Abstract

En las instituciones universitarias el papel que juegan los directivos, es una tarea compleja toda vez que se hace necesario establecer cuáles son las competencias que debe poseer. Al entenderse que la responsabilidad que ejercen es mayor a la de otros miembros de la organización, en la medida en que el ejercicio del rol, le convierte en un puente entre todas las partes interesadas.
